Yes. Try one photo without signing up. After verifying your account, you get three free Basic Enhance or Standard Resolution results, plus 35 welcome Credits valid for 30 days. No credit card is needed.
Your 500 monthly Credits cover 250 Basic Enhance or 100 Advanced Enhance results. These are alternatives, not separate allowances. You can mix tools; the number of photos depends on what you use.
You receive 500 Credits when your subscription starts and again each month, including on the yearly plan. Unused monthly Credits expire at the end of each monthly credit period; they do not roll over. Credits bought in Image Packs do not expire.
Yes. Image Packs are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal, and the Credits never expire. Buying a pack unlocks Advanced Enhance. Batch processing and High-Scale Resolution still require Pro. Refunding a pack removes the access provided only by that purchase.
Guests have one free use that returns 24 hours after a successful result. Your free account has three free uses for Basic Enhance or Standard Resolution. Each use becomes available again 24 hours after a successful result. Failed edits do not count. Pro uses Credits from the first edit; Advanced Enhance always uses Credits.
If processing fails without a usable result, your Credits are returned automatically. If they expired while the edit was processing, the replacement Credits are valid for 24 hours. If only part of a task completes, you pay for the completed part and get the remaining Credits back.
Open Billing in your account to cancel. Future renewals stop, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Contact support with your order details. Requests are reviewed under our Terms. A full Pro refund ends Pro access and removes unused Credits from the refunded period. An Image Pack refund removes its unused Credits and access provided only by that purchase. Credits already used or set aside for an edit cannot be returned again after a refund.
Photos are used to process the edits you request. PixResolve does not use them to train its own models. Your photos expire after 24 hours and are then scheduled for automatic deletion. Our Privacy Policy explains how photos are handled and which services process them.
