The five goals cover mixed quality, noise, softness, lighting or color casts, and dust or fine scratches. They do not reconstruct a missing face or guarantee recovered identity detail.

A useful result can reduce visible noise and compression while protecting recognizable edges. Strong damage may still produce artificial texture, so compare the result with the source before using it.
Yes, when the scan contains useful structure and stays within the input limits. Restore Old Photo removes dust and fine scratches, but it can also remove fine detail, so compare Before and After carefully.
PixResolve does not use customer images to train its own models. Images are used only to perform the selected operation, with details explained in the Privacy Policy.
The file-size limit is 20 MiB. Resolution offers 2K, 4K, and 8K targets while preserving the source proportions. Standard Resolution costs 2 Credits, High-Scale Resolution costs 3 Credits, and Large photo processing is currently unavailable. Selected Enhance accepts eligible inputs up to 16 MP.
